Chocolate almond cup cake

I baked this cake for a friend's birthday. This cake is really really good. Soft and moise. Adapted from http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_4a5089ff0102dx0y.html
Ingredients (for 6 cupcake):
Almond 60g
All purpose flour 24g
Butter 70g
Confectioner sugar 70g
Egg white 70g
Cocoe powder 2tbsp
Soda bicarbonate 1/4tsp

Instructions:
1. Pulverize almond, flour and sugar in the food processor. Set aside for later.
2. Whip the butter
3. Mix cocoe powder and soda bicarbonate into whipped butter.
4. Add in the powder that prepared in step 1.
5. Add egg white and continue whipping for another 2 minutes.
6. Bake at 190℃ for 18 minutes or till it's done.

Nutella mug cake for lazy pig

Do you have the moment that you crave for chocolate cake but couldn't find one? Try this recipe. It only takes less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
4tbsp self-raising flour ( I added 4tbsp all purpose flour + 1/4tsp of baking powder)
4tbsp sugar
3tbsp choco powder
3tbsp milk
3tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
3tbsp nutella

Instruction:
mix all the ingredients in the mug and microwave for 2 min at high power

Oatmeal raisin cookies

In order to finish my over-two-pounds oatmeal, I have to buy raisin for baking these cookies. =.= Luckily they are quite good. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients (For 16 cookies):
90g Butter, 30g brown sugar, 30g sugar, 1 egg, 80g all purpose flour, 1/4tsp baking powder, 1/4tsp baking soda, 90g oatmeal, 40g raisin.

Steps:
1. Cream butter and sugar until creamy
2. Add eggs
3. sieve flour and baking power and soda until mix well
4. Add in the oatmeal and raisins
5. Spoon the mixture on the baking tray and bake for 12min at 180°.

Indonesian layer cake (Kuih Lapis)

A bit sick today, but still, craving for a slice of indonesia layer cake after reading the blog posts of this amazing baker. There's no way to get this layer cakes here, so......I baked. But unfortunately I added more egg white than it should be. I'm not in my right mind I guess.The cake turns out very dry, not moist at all. :( It's been my second attempt to bake this cake, but failed again.....
