Chocolate almond cup cake

I baked this cake for a friend's birthday. This cake is really really good. Soft and moise. Adapted from http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_4a5089ff0102dx0y.html
Ingredients (for 6 cupcake):
Almond 60g
All purpose flour 24g
Butter 70g
Confectioner sugar 70g
Egg white 70g
Cocoe powder 2tbsp
Soda bicarbonate 1/4tsp

Instructions:
1. Pulverize almond, flour and sugar in the food processor. Set aside for later.
2. Whip the butter
3. Mix cocoe powder and soda bicarbonate into whipped butter.
4. Add in the powder that prepared in step 1.
5. Add egg white and continue whipping for another 2 minutes.
6. Bake at 190℃ for 18 minutes or till it's done.
